We are so thankful for Hannah. She brings us so much joy and laughter! Life just wouldn't be the same without her. She is my little best friend and I just couldn't do without her. She's growing so fast and has captured our hearts completely! It seems like everyday she is taking a step closer to becoming a little girl and less of a baby. We love you so much Hannah!
Taking a short break.
Eating who knows what! She's been doing less of putting everything in her mouth and has become more selective on what she eats.
Hannah has started sticking her tongue out a lot lately. Not sure why.
Cute ruffly bum.
I can't believe how small this picture makes her look!
She really liked this statue, I think that was because it's her size.
She really likes sticks, leaves, rocks, etc.
Hannah's ankle bracelet from the ER
Closer picture of the bracelet.
Not a very good picture of the swollen fingers, but they were pretty swollen.
If you haven't heard the story, here's what happened. This last Sunday we were getting ready to wined down and Dan went to shut the bedroom door. Hannah being his biggest fan always follows him around when he's home. Dan had a hard time shutting the door and starting putting some real force until he heard the enormous cry from his side and saw Hannah. She was screaming and wouldn't move her fingers and they looked kind of bent so we freaked out, of course, and then rushed to the ER. To make the story shorter, everything turned out fine. She's little enough that her little fingers are mostly cartilage, so no damage was done. The next day you couldn't even tell she had gotten her fingers smashed. It was still very stressful for the first time parents, and Dan felt really bad. We're just glad nothing serious came of it!

I like this video because she just looks so cute with her little walk.
Hannah watching the dogs and saying doggie.
When she gets frustrated she growls and balls her fists. SO funny.
Hannah is very timid about going down steps but is just barely learning to take steps up onto them.
She is so cute! My boys just kept saying that through all of the videos. I love that you say she is your little best friend. How fun!!!
ReplyDeleteThose are really adorable pictures! It makes me excited to have a little girl. I love that picture on top of your blog! PRICELESS! So sorry to hear about her little fingers. I'm glad it turned out okay. These little guys have lots of accidents. Love the blog.
ReplyDeleteSo cute!!
ReplyDeleteI love her cute little ruffle pants and that brown hat, too! So so cute!
ReplyDeleteWhat darling pictures and videos! I am glad that Hannah's fingers are all right. (Thank goodness they are so close to the ground when they learn to walk and are padded for cushioning). Happy First Birthday soon little Hannah.
