The 1st Saturday in December we installed a flower box around our mailbox. First Dan leveled the ground with the stones and the mixed some cement and placed 3 layers of stones together. We then filled the box with soil, planted the pansies and then laid a small of amount of black mulch on top. We were both very pleased with how it turned out. Here's some pictures:
The second week of December Hannah had a dance recital at the community center and the next day (Saturday) she performed at a local nursing home as well. It was super fun and cute! All the kids were still pretty young and didn't know what was going on half the time. :) But Hannah does seem to be enjoying it. Dan signed her up for soccer in the Spring, we'll see how that goes!
